Oh So Cute! Disney Tsum Tsum Lip Smacker Lip Balm Collection

How many lip balms can anyone really use? - probably not that many, but how can you resist these cute Disney Tsum Tsum lip balms?  The suggested retail price is about $4.95 each, which is not bad until you realized that you can't just buy one and not the others.  I ended up walking out of the store with 4 super adorable lip balms, and $20 less in my wallet...but it's all worth it (I think) These lip balm pots are formulated to moisturize and leave a translucent shine on your lips.  They are also considered collectible items with 4 special edition flavors.  I don't know how long they will be available for purchase,  but I did find mine at a local Walgreens recently.  I'm pretty sure you can check out other major drugstores around your city, or visit Lip Smacker online to buy them.  I hope they will come out with more characters in the future. <3 Mickey: Marshmallow Pop Minnie: Strawberry Lollipop Winnie the Pooh: Honey Pot Stitch: Blueberry Wave

Mise En Scene Hello Bubble Foam Color (7N Mocha Latte) Review

Oh my gosh, I think this is my favorite Mise En Scene Hello Bubble Foam Color so far.  The last couple of times that I decided to dye my hair, I went with the redder shades, they came out nice, but harder to see under certain lighting. For this coming fall/autumn, I decided to go brown. I bought the Hello Bubble Foam Color in 7N Mocha Latte which came in the new "Girl's Day" packaging-I'm actually not sure who they are, but I'm guessing they are a K-pop group. This product is definitely one of my all time favorite! This box came with all the usual Hello Bubble Foam Color components; it included the hair colorant, a hair coloring cape/cover, a pair of gloves, and a small packet of conditioner (I prefer to use my own). From looking at the before and after photos on the box, I did not expect the color to be very noticeable on my hair.  The color itself seemed a little too dark to have any effect on my already dark hair.   To my surprise, this color gave me the

Conair True Glow Thermal Paraffin Bath Moisturizing System For Healthy Skin Review

I finally have a small paraffin system to use at home!  I had no expectations for it, and to my surprise it worked out very well.  I ended up loving the Conair True Glow thermal paraffin system which only costs about $30.  I wouldn't say it's perfect, but good enough for the price and for my purpose. Pros: 1. It's affordable! You can shop online, and get this for as low as $27.00 2. It comes with one pound of aloe vera wax 3. Easy to use. 4. Not a very large unit, so it's fairly portable and easy to store. 5. It works!  It does moisturize my hands well :) Cons: 1. Unit might be too small if you have larger hands, might not work that well for men. 2. A bit too shallow, wish it was a bit deeper so that the wax can cover up to my wrists.     According to the box, it's great for your elbows and heels too, but I don't think that     could ever really work, unless you have really small feet (and hopefully you're not

Beauty Finds That Won't Break The Bank - Burt's Bees 100% Natural Lip Crayon in Hawaiian Smolder

Burt's Bees 100% Natural Lip Crayon Color: Hawaiian Smolder Size: 0.11 oz   Price: $9 This is definitely a product that I would buy again! It's very affordable, and the quality is excellent. I've always liked Burt's Bees products, but I've never tried their lip products until now. The formula for their lip crayon is very lightweight, moisturizing, and extremely pigmented. It gives a bit of shine to your lips, but without the stickiness of a lip gloss. Its staying power is not bad, and it's made with 100% natural ingredients. My lips are always a bit chapped, but the color still came out pretty well. Currently, they have six colors available, I'm hoping to try a couple of more colors : ) I would definitely recommend! I would give this product:

Mise En Scene Hello Bubble Foam Color (7P Vintage Rose Pink) Review

At the end of 2014, I wanted to change my hair color, but I didn't have anything specific in mind.  I went to the local drugstores in my area and looked at a lot of colors and read their ingredients--and I went home feeling uninspired by all of it.  So I thought, maybe I should just dye my hair the same raspberry red from Hello Bubble as I did before.   I went online to shop for it, and that led me to the new color called 7P Vintage Rose Pink. I knew instantly that was the color I wanted to try!  I had a great experience with this brand the first time when I used it ( Check Out My Previous Post For 7R Raspberry Red ), so I wasn't worried about the formula, but more about how and if the color would turn out on my hair.   Once again, Hello Bubble Foam Color did not disappoint me! I loved it!  Why I like the Formula :  I've mentioned in my previous post that I really like the foam formula.  It's non-drippy, and extra easy to apply by yourself (this time I re

Swisspers Cotton Rounds (900 count)

I'm a bit picky when it comes to buying cotton rounds/cotton pads for skincare.  In the past, I've used cotton pads and cotton balls that were extremely linty, and I've always disliked them. Then a few years ago, I found some super amazing cotton pads (not sure if they were 100% cotton or not) from a Japanese $1 store, Daiso -- well, I guess it's more like $1.50 store now, and I've been buying my cotton pads from there ever since. When I recently ran out of cotton pads, my sister introduced me to Swisspers cotton rounds. They are hypoallergenic cotton rounds that are made with 100% cotton. They are currently sold at Costco for $12.99 (900 count) which is only slightly more expensive than the ones I bought at Daiso, so I decided to try them out.  Each cotton round has a textured surface on one side, and a smooth surface on the other. The textured side is great for cleansing and removal of eye makeup, nail polish and other cosmetics, while the smooth side is great fo

Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick in Melted Fig

Here's a swatch for another lipstick that I picked up at Sephora over the holidays.  It's the Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick in "Melted Fig" It was my first time trying this lipstick, and I loved it!  My lips are more pigmented, so I generally like to wear colors that are a bit more vibrant.  This lipstick goes on smoothly, and it's pretty easy to paint with the sponge tip.  Once it's set on the lips, the color does last for a while, but it will fade if you decide to eat or drink.  Overall, I love the colors and the formula, and I would definitely recommend this to everyone.  If you like to wear vibrant mauve colors, I think this would be a great choice!
